Once the application is complete, the loan file is transferred to an administrative person, then to a processor, then to a junior underwriter, then to an Sr. underwriter, then back to the processor, then to a closing document specialist. At Simplicity exactly one person touches your file. There are no communication breakdowns, no in-box delays, no waiting for calls back, no personality conflicts. Nobody goes home until the work is done. In short, nothing “falls through the cracks”.
There are many great lenders that can finance your home. The trick is finding the right one. Some offer great rates, some offer good service, some offer true niche programs. Very few offer all of the above all of the time. A mortgage broker’s job is to pick the best lender with the attributes that best fulfill your needs. Simplicity spends hours examining lenders, reviewing guidelines, poring over rate sheets, interviewing underwriters, obtaining references, evaluating service, etc. so you don’t have to.

Large national lenders, small, regional and local banks, real estate investment syndicates and specialty, niche lenders make their products available through Simplicity because we know our clients and understand the lending process better than most other brokers.
